WiiKey Fusion Multi Disk Games and Multiple Controller Ports

Um, I just have a question I am not a total noob on the matter but me and some friends since we are lame have decided to make a gcp but we are unsure if one Multi disk game can be supported on one SD is there like a switch to tell it to open the lid or something to activate the next disk. I've seen it before but i am unsure how to do this and also i have seen where someone has all four gamecube controller ports on their gcp and they can witch in between the gcp and regular controller in which case they usually have a switch for that too thanks. If someone can provide a video or a diagram i would greatly appreciate it i just dont want to seem like too much of a bother.

Thank You! All of you guys here at Mod Retro are a great help. It would be a lot easier if people like you lived near but i have limited resources and probably will never be able to do a portable anytime soon.
