As much as I want to discuss ways to use these to pull pranks, as it turns out, they're illegal in the USA.

Is that going to stop me from using them for an elaborate Slenderman prank? Absolutely not. That's okay though, because I'm pretty sure I'd be violating loads of other laws and regulations with this prank, anyway.
