No. Something seems to have scaled the image on his end improperly in some way. I know some browsers decide to randomly anti-alias GIFs when not needed.

Even less likely. Try another browser, maybe chrome? I've never liked firefox, maybe I have yet another reason to add on!

Myself and every computer geek I know uses Firefox. It's safer , faster, and easier to use than IE IMO.
