Why is the voltage dropping?

Ok so i have my n64 and psone screen connected to some 7.4v lipo batts, and every time I try to turn it on, the n64 and screen's voltage drop from the batteries' original measurement before it was switched on. Does anyone know why the voltage is dropping? (The screen powers on at least)

Power draw will do that. Any idea what the C rate of you battery is?

I looked up the specs of the batteries, and it says charging rate: 1.0C rate, and discharging rate: 2.0C rate.

Hmm. I dunno then. I could see that happening with really low C rates, like cell phone batteries, but Ive never had issues with 2c.
