Why do controllers hate me?

Been using 3rd party gc controllers and they suck , went through 7 , the last 2 I just took out of the case, thats it , I very carefully took it out of the case and the joystick either stops working or acts Like its stuck down, nothing shorting the pots out , Are they just sensitive or are nintendo''s controllers betteR?

yes nintedos controllers are batter and no thats normal in a 3 party just unsolder the pot and look for the x axis data line and the y axis data line and a 3.3v line and ground a then resolder to the point you found
