Very WEIRD GameCube ISSUE!

So I followed the "Regulator board to Mobo with only 5 wires" diagram from Kasar, but I think I did something wrong...
Because, when I turned on the GameCube, THIS happens:



Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
I think it is something like that it get's to less volt...
Please help me out!

Needs regular 12v on the 12v line.

You might also want to replace your wires with thicker ones for power.

I checked the 12v line on the Mobo, and it says there IS running 12v in there!
Any other solutions?
