Being someone who uses both the Dualshock 3 and the Xbox 360 controller regularly, I can honestly say I like the DS3 better. The symmetrical layout and smaller form factor are more comfortable for me. Don't get me wrong, though, I like the Xbox 360 controller, too, just not as much.
Bear in mind, however, that this is also coming from someone who thought the original Xbox controller (the massive one before the Controller S) was comfortable. Make of that what you will.
