The Nintendo 64 have a 93,75mhz processor.
It's also impossible with a low resolution as the DS/DSI 256x192. N64 640x480.

The DSi might do it. 133mhz processor and 4 times the ram.

I'ma explain it away as a port. Yeah, you'd have to be dumb to think it's real, but when I post it I want to see how people think I faked it. I suspect overwhelming "OMG PHOTOSHOOP D00D". I'll let you in on a secret. I recorded it emulated on 1964 with HyperCam. That's where the A/V sync problems came from, it's not the final video. Anyone know how to fix it? Anyway, I did some editing, then encoded as a DPG and played that back. The bottom screen is covered with a piece of construction paper and the whole thing is done in a dark room. I was originally going to pretend to play it but I couldn't figure out how to get the camera at the right angle to do so.

Maybe I'll do a more convincing one some other time.
