I would be a bit worried about where the backlight is, though. edit: DAMNIT BUD! :/ for fun, 16:9 screen: 3.5/16 = 21.875% 21.875%*9 = 1.96875 1.96875*1.96875 ~ 3.876 3.5*3.5 = 12.25 3.876+12.25 = 16.126 sqrt(16.126) ~ 4.0157 You could fit up to a 4 inch 16:9 screen in the tin. The metal bits outside the screen shouldn't give you much of a hard time on this one. I kinda want to build an altoids tin test screen, now...
