RIP Gamecube?

I've got an untrimmed rev c board which seems to have broken after the last time I worked on it.

Once I pressed the power button, the fan made a quick pulse followed by nothing. Processors aren't hot, screen is blank, nothing.

Prior to this, all I had done was I wired up an FCC manually (continuity checked and confirmed working), and poked around with a multimeter while the cube was off.

Are the regulators putting out any voltage?

Look around for a small piece of metal that might be stuck between the legs of an IC or something else.

Alright, I'l do so after typing this reply.

Also, to clarify, after the fan made that pulse, I haven't been able to get any responses from it. The fan never moved again.

EDIT - Wow, turns out two random legs were bridged. Thanks for the info. I would have never found it myself.
