Rev C Voltage

I have been looking around and I was just wondering,

What is the minimum voltage for a rev C board?

I have 11.1v batteries and I heard that they kill off at about 9.6v or somewhat

Just wondering if the rev C has a different regulator than the other gamecube boards or if it will cut off at about 10v and I won't get a full battery charge out of it

You won't get a full charge.

Rev C won't start with anything less than around 10.4v or so.
