370mw Red laser, focusable optics, 2200mah li-ion battery. Cuts stuff easy, stings skin badly, beam is so bright at night.

Shine it in their eyes until they retreat, and if that doesn't work you could hit them over the head with it.

Lasers that pop baloons do VERY bad things to eyes in very short amounts of time.
