I am using 4 Li-ions as batteries for my gamecube portable--

and plan to put them in this enclosure--

Since the enclsure wouldn't have any airflow, should I be concerned? Is it okay to put my batteries in there, or do I need to cut some holes in it and/or add a fan?

Tim your pics aren't working for me. But to help answer the question I am thinking about adding some vents to mine. Nothing in the front but I am looking at the back and the metal cage that it sits in.

I don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea.

I guess I'll add some holes in the back. It couldn't hurt, but even so my battery will have almost 0 airflow. I just don't want it to overheat or anything being put in a sealed container

You should be fine as long as they're not sitting right against the GC's heatsink. You aren't drawing a whole lot of power from them compared to their capacity (I'm guessing from the pics that they're fairly large) and you're probably not going to be charging them in 30 minutes. Every commercial mobile device has li-ion batteries stuffed in a plastic shell, you should be fine doing it too.
