psone screen video problems

when i turn on my screen with the analog input and the regulator and everything hooked up, i get a negative video
like the main background is white and the purple cube is green

Ok, let's make sure you haven't done something silly like wire an NTSC connection into a PAL screen, or visa versa.

That might be the cause of an odd signal. Oh, and I'm assuming you're talking about a Gamecube, of course. If you're using the correct ports [and I think you're using a PSone screen, right? So I you'd be wiring from the composite video spot [I think]], then your problem most likely lies with one of your wires. Do a resolder job on the motherboard or the screen.

yes its a gamecube and with ONLY power connected in (no signals from gamecube) screen is white. should it be black?
