PS2 laptop, cheap casing ideas?

So I'm making a ps2 laptop since I've now found a ps2 phat with a tiny mobo. So I only need to buy a screen and casing really.

I wanted to do CNC, but that's expensive. What could I do that is cheap cheap cheap and looks good? It'll have a 15" screen btw.

plexiglass breaks too easily. Get lexan instead. Tibia sells both, so hit her up if you need some.
