problem with my wasp fusion

Hi everyone.
i'm creating my first gamecube portable and it runs nice.
but i have a problem with my wasp fusion(brand new from badass consoles). when turn on the console there is a little red light flashing once the console shows me the disc drive error.

I checked about 10 times the conections of the megadrive v6 and the drive transistors but every time happens the same.

anyone can help me please?. its almost the last thing i need to finish my portable

yep, I have a micro sd adapter formatted with wfbs file manager

i have que region switch to ntsc (first switch down). i checked the wires with a tester and there is no wire touching other wires.

Since you are using Swiss the SD must be formatted in Fat32, not in WBFS

I formatted 3 sd cards but the same result.

Use a thicker wire for your ground wire, and double / triple check the wiring with a multimeter.

I re-wire the megadrive like this

Aparently, when i manually close the lid switch the no drive error disappears. but now, i'm stuck with the controller because need to set the time and date of console and test if wasp works correctly.

In the photo you can see a couple of wires(controller relocation for omgwtf cut),but i'm no y sure if it's right. Can you tell me if i'm in the right way
