Here's my wii laptop!!! It was made on commission, but I love it so much I'm actually considering making one for myself because it's very practical and fun to play with. It was modeled after Shockslayer's Znwii 2.0 if you cant tell :)

Features:
Zn45 case as body and Zn40 case as screen
7 inch screen
Wii
Wasp fusion
Swiss loaded on
14.8v 5.2amp batteries
All original ports included from the wii
Built in sensor bar
Wifi

Are you going to put a cover on the top, then? Or is it just clear plastic?
Are you talking about the 2 pics I have? Those are just to show off the insides. The video clearly shows it all closed up

Great job! How are wii games loaded? Through swiss or USB loader? Did you get a chance to test full battery life?

Games are played through swiss. I heard that swis cant play wii games. Is there any other way to play them without removing swiss? I never did test the full life but its more than 3 hours atleast

Yeah, I read that swiss uses FAT32, which has a max filesize of 4gb, and some games (SSBB for example) requires a duallayer DVD. I don't know what the filesizes are when you rip them though, maybe they are smaller, or maybe trimmable to become smaller?
USB loaders do work for wii games, but it would be nice to have all games on the same drive, as well the nice interface of swiss and not having to mess with WBFS.

There are programs which let you format as fat32 above 4gb.
max file size, not maximum file system size. I think you were thinking of the Windows limit of 32 GB FAT32 partitions that isn't a real limit of the file system.

Check on gc-forever, mega released the wkf menus in dol format (if I remember correctly). Which would then load via a wbfs formatted card with the wii isos on it. This is just speculation since I don't have one installed in my wii.
