No Output Voltage??

so on my n64p there are 5 cells wired in a series and i started charging them when all of a sudden they stopped outputting anything. all wiring is good but wont power anything...does anyone know how to fix this??

i am now just completely redoing this now. i dont know how, but he got his money back from it and just said to keep it if i can fix it.

bud, i dont know what you have against me, but i am here for educational purposes. even if i WAS him ( im not ) who cares! i asked a simple question about batteries and all i look for is a simple answer about batteries.
