Here is a 3,5" LCD screen with resolution at 640X480 fro 57$.
It comes with an IR Nightvision camera to. Good for small project`s exept the price

The first one I think we saw on eBay before. The second one seems to be the standard 3.5" screen with a camera.

They are only 320x240, I have both. It interlaces 640x480 very well, though.
