I just realized one of my 3 N64 power bricks (came with a rev. 9) outputs 7.5v and 3.3v instead of the usual 12v.

Nintendo must've realized they didn't need all 12v near the end. :/

B_M does it say 7.5v on the adapter or is that just it's output?

Just its output. This was never hacked in any way, though, and has been used as my home console's powerbrick for a few years.
