N64 board repair?

Hi,
I got a nintendo 64 board that isn't working. It does a black screen but the chips doesn't get hot (not that much) . Is there a way that it can be fixed?

Does the light come on? Do you have a cart in there? Is there an expansion/jumper pak in it? Have any modifications been made?

yes the light come on , i have a cart in it there is a jumper pack (i also tried with different jumper\expansion pack) i did a cartslot rellocation and i am pretty sure it is done correclty (no wire are touching each other or touching something else than its contact ) . No other modifications has been done . Also i tried with different av cable and power supply but always the same result.

If it was turning on before the cart relocation, probably you have done it wrong.
