I've installed a tact switch for the start button, and I got my screen!!!

It is one lol, but to my suprise I was able to tweak it from some variable resistors found on the screen board that made the picture way better!

Got a PS1 Screen and an extra PSOne both on ebay for only $20 Shipped!!! Whooooot!!
Now you can't bag on my Portable lol.

Ok, I've started to work on this GCP again since I have more time and it's summer again!
The first motherboard I used on this failed so I am preparing another motherboard as of now...
