Wires are way too long. They look kind of thick too. You want thinner shorter wire.

The kind I like to use come from old ata133 hdd wire solid not stranded.

Yes.
And a lot of the time you will find that the wires all seem to be connected perfectly without any glitches, and your multimeter even says so, but it still doesn't work. At these times rewiring is kind of necessary.

Guys its been a long time since i dont update this project the thing is that i had my baby a couple of months, and with the work im super busy, so guys i want to offer to one of you the opportunity to finish my work, i will send you everything by mail. I think i have everything even the case, poweramp, wiikey fusion, motherboard ready, speakers, tact switch etc.... 3 controllers, please pm me how much would it will cost you, please i need someone honest and with good reputation in this forum.
Ps: i dont want it with bateries i think its easier.
