Okay, you busted me, it won't be "deluxe", I'm new to this whole thing but have read a lot of the mega stickies and already know a lot about all of the wiring and have worked with it all before, but then I stumbled upon this forum and found that a GCp would be highly desired for me. So my first question would be,
I have an old laptop hanging around along with an old GC would it be as simple as removing the case and just wiring the GC to the laptops screen?
I mean something will have to be done about the keyboard but I figure It shouldn't be too dificult to fix that into a good portable. And I'm not sure what kind of battery it has but I would imagine it would be able to work for the GC considering its made to run on its own.
Tips just anything to get me started

Like I said I'm new I was just gonna try and take advantage of it being older and hopefully reusable, Oh well I should be able to get my hands on an LED screen soon with no problems I seem to have a McGyver way of getting a hold of things for situations like this but this will probably be a weekend project until school is out. Besides the intense classing and preps for mid terms presently, I've got a rough yr ahead so I will make time on weekends for this
