Is this wiring good enough?

I am having a ridiculous time finding wire for this project.

Is this suitable for carrying 7.5v, 3.3v, composite video, controller hook up, and relocation of the cartridge slot?

I would not recommend using any solid wire for a portable. Definitely use some type of stranded wire like this:

24-26 awg would work for controller hook up, cart relocating (unless you plan on rcp wiring which I would recommend doing Ashens fold instead as its much easier for newer modders), video etc.

maybe go a little heavier for power as it's been recommended to use 18-20 awg wire as is used in PC power supply cables. I have used the 24awg size wire in my N64 portable and it did work although I never checked to see how hot it ran.

You can actually use the wires from the controller for any of the data wires. I use 22 awg for power though.
