Is my gamecube dead???

The cube was working fine until I got the brilliant idea to remove the av connector using brute force... There seems to be no physical damage on the surface. When i turn it on, the cpu and gpu still get hot which is a good sign I guess? The led on the wasp does not flash on startup and i get no sound or video.
Any help is apreciated, thank you.

It's probably just a coincedence. Did the Wasp work before? If the CPU and GPU both get hot it's probably fine. Still, check for short circuits to ground everywhere.

Yes, the wasp worked before. I will check for shorts and see what i get.

So, no shorts, maybe I broke a hidden trace? I was pretty rough on that connector...

If you think you broke a trace. you can always try some relocation points, or check continuity.

All connections are good, checked them with my multimeter :/

There aren't any hidden traces carrying data so you should be able to see whatever you did. Is there no audio either?

Try cutting out the part that you removed with a dremel if there's no important traces there.

Do you think it's absolutely necessary? If possible I would like to keep these pads as it is a real drag to solder to the relocation points. There is continuity between the alternative a/v points and the points where i soldered a/v so how would cutting that part make a difference?

It's just a last-resort type option, I wouldn't deem it necessary.

Megalomaniac: The solder wouldn't reach the pads under the v5 and i didn't have a multimeter to know which one was not connecting so i just inserted pins in all the holes so the solder could reach the board. Yeah i know it looks like crap... but it worked.
