is it moddable?

is possible to do an a/v mod on a gameboy color or gameboy sp? :eurddrue: I was planning to deconsolized then turn it in to a arcade machine.

um well the gameboy player makes it imposible to turn it to a arcade machine. well im gust considering to use superboy or a retrovision thanks guys

it make it impossible because i was going to hook up arcade button to the game-boy and hook up the game-boy to a TV. but if i use a GB player i have to some how turn GameCube from inside arcade cab then IL have to a GameCube controller hanging so i can hit play it just impracticle so im just make a snes arcade or nes and get a super-boy cartridge or retrovesion

Extend both the A button from a controller and the power toggle switch from the Gamecube to a location on the front of the arcade cabinet.

I don't see how using a Gameboy is easier than a Gamecube. The way I see it, a GC would be much easier, and wouldn't require the TV adapter.

Just hook up arcade buttons to the R and L tacts, the A and B buttons, X or Y (select), Start, and optionally, Z (options).
Hook up an 8-way joystick to the D-pad, and a switch to the power switch.

The GC would make it pretty flaxty, though. Think about it - your arcade machine would start up to a GameCube logo, followed by a Game Boy player logo, and then the whole time there'd be this dumb border around the screen. Furthermore, the video won't be particularly sharp with the bi-linear filtering the GBP uses.

The rest of you, shame on you! Is googling so hard?

This'll get it running on a nice VGA CRT monitor; much better than an old composite TV.
