Well, hello everyone, i want to build a GameCube portable. I was going to do a Nintendo 64 portable, but i have an unused GameCube around, and a controller. So that will cut costs, so that's good.
First off i want to say:
This forum is great! I came from Ben-heck, and i saw someones signature which said something about Modretro and manlove.
So i preceded to look for the site, i found it and made an account. There is lots of information on here, and it's much more easier to find, and better laid out.
So. The worklog
Parts i have:
Nintendo GameCube DOL-001
Nintendo GameCube Controller
Speakers
Dremel
All tools
Wire
PSOne Screen LCD (just LCD and light box, ordered some LED's for
LED mod)
Parts i need:
Case
Wiikey (if i end up using one)
PSOne Screen mobo PAL
Games
Composite cable (ordered from eBay)
XenoGC (if i end up using this)
Sand Paper (need higher grit)
Might build Vacuum former because my woodwork's teacher has one
So far i have opened up the GameCube using some BIC pens. Hopefully pictures will be up by tommorow.

PS: Had some problems on the forum, have to use a proxy
