You left out the total moron option, Zero.

As has been said over and over again on this site, a lot of work goes into creating these, and you are looking at a minimum of 10x your offer to get a crappy portable with no batteries and a case made of hot glue.

To get anything of decent quality, you should be looking to pay in the $800-$1200 range.

For $45 shipped, I imagine someone can send you a gamecube case and a couple of dead AA batteries.
If you're lucky, they'll even duct tape them together for you.
