How much playtime will my gamecube have?

Akku and i would like to know hoe much playtime i will have if i use this thing.
Im using a default regulator with a 12v tft screen (tau tronics) and the classic dvd drive.

I would recommend using Lithium-Polymer batteries since they're light and have
a lot of mAh, however they are very sensitive and need a protection cirucit
to be charged, this is if you want internal and not external batteries
