HD GameCube Mod?

I was wondering if anyone has created a modded GameCube console that can support /run image with HDMI (720p or 1080p). I've played a GameCube emulator on my computer and the image is crystal clear and super sharp, Im not talking about adapters. I know GameCube runs its image at 480i with 60fps, and since i have a 40in flat screen Tv it doesn't look amazing. is it possible to actually mod the Gamecube console so it can support HDMI and run it in HD like my emulator on my flat screen TV. can any one tell me if i'm crazy or if i have to replace a part in my Gamecube or order any mod chips i don't know. Other information is that i'm putting in a Wiikey Fusion mod chip if that makes a difference. (i'm a nood) any help would be amazing.

Ozone was working on that. I think he already have a working prototype, but it's still in developing stage.
