How many volts does the GC fan require, 12?

It uses 12v, but you can give it a bit less voltage if you want to. If you do lower the voltage, it will not spin as quickly, and not cool the system as well.

Would you happen to know the current draw of that fan?(I think that's what it's called)

0.06 Amps at 12v. Says it on all four gamecube fans I have in my drawer.
