Hi everyone!
i start with sorry for my english, i will try best of me!
I bought a GBC from vinted, the seller tell me that completely work.
I turn on the gbc without cartridge and it started normally, when i insert the cartridge, the logos of gameboy and nintendo appeare and deseapper that usually they do, but when the game it's near to start the gbc stuck in a green screen, and doesn't do anything sound and immagines.
The game have greem how base color.
I put the same cartridge on GBA SP and start easily and quickly, without problem. Only one thing that i notice is that the game before completely started show a screen completely green that appear for 1 millisecond; probably the same screen where the GBC stuck...
I tryied all from my mind, but doesn't work... i replace the insert of cartridge, i desolder and solder the on/off botton, i clear all part with alcool 90%, i replace the screen, i clear a little bit of tin that fall on the cpu's pin, probably the before owner trying to repair but failing or make more damage... (probably
there is still some solder between the pins which is preventing the gbc from working)
I test all pin and pad with multimeter with conitnuity and voltage and i think the results are good.
Not for late of this afernoon i tryied to test in voltage, the oscilloscope and for my early experince i think the result are good...
i try to uppload the video and photos but i can't.
