I know it's late, but here's the pics from today:

Note: everything is flush, and the clear spots are filled with loctite, they are not holes.

Ok guys, it's starting to look somewhat complete. Today I cut out the button holes and hotglued the tact pads to the mobo.

Ampersand- more like I spammed the chat for someone to bait at the idea, but yeah, Bo's gonna buy it. Thanks for the comments guys!

Also- I added a small knob to the back for volume control. Tomorrow I will work on the LED system.

This is looking awesome. Next up, PokeDSex. :awesome:

hmm... on second thought, that name doesn't look quite right.

Thanks man. I like the work you did on your Clarky64. Yesterday, I wired up the LED system, cut holes for the triggers, and cut holes for the switches. Next I need to hook up the power system, install the triggers, install the buttons, shield the back of the mobo, put the switches in, put lcd screen in, close box, painter's tape, and paint. Sounds like alot, but really isn't.

Thanks guys! I'm about to put some pics up. Sadly, I can't move on until I get the triggers figured out. Does anyone know if it is possible to connect a tact to the tact pins on the board (for L and R) without removing the original tact switch? I damaged the board where L is and now I can't remove the tact there (don't worry I repaired it). Also, the switches are installed (and working) for power and the lighting system.

no. NINdex would have to be an mp3 player in a pokedex, dedicated to NIN. (which would be sweet!)
i would call it something really lame, like, "mod #_", or maybe, "GBA in a PokeDex"

Well I cant do a DS until I finish this one. Could one of you please answer my above questions so I can finish up?

Edit: answered.

Here are the pics. Switch on the left is for power, the one on the right is for an LED that will light up the screen. Plus the switches have LEDs. I like LEDs :dahroll:.

Edit: unrelated, but after this, I may take another crack at a portable N64.
