Gamecube Won't Power On?

Try to desolder all the wires between the gamecube and the power regulator and see if the power regulator gives you the correct outputs

Where's ground on the Gamecube Regulator? Do I just scratch an area on the board?

I checked the 3v pins and my wire wasn't touching ground, it seems like it because of the angle.

I used my multimeter to see if they were bridge, and I also saw that both the 3.3 pin's solder is connected to the wire, because of that it's elevated above the god points.

Oh, sorry for not being online for some time and I forgot to do that; since it's late here i'll do that tomorrow.

I checked the regulator with the motherboard, there weren't any voltages coming from any of the pins

I meant without the motherboard. The motherboard may have some shorts in it that shut off the regulator as soon as you turn it on.

You should build custom regulators for your build, and for a couple good reasons. Custom regulators can run on a lower voltage and they are smaller than the regulator board that comes with the cube.
