Gamecube Trigger Relocation

I'm making a GameCube portable and really need help with rewiring the triggers sliding potentiometers. Also if you can tell me how to desolder and re-solder the movement analog stick that would be great.

This is the best method for the triggers http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=33768

Or you can just desolder and relocate the trigger assemble. Madcatz controllers are the easiest to work with in terms of triggers, because they have a single small trigger assemble rather than the large, multiple-pieced triggers that other controllers use.

For the analog stick, just desolder all the connections from the board with a solder sucker, desoldering iron, or desoldering braid, and relocate each connection on wires. Easy.
