Gamecube Power LED Blinking

So I went for my first shot at making a GCp and got almost everything wired up except the video, I guess accidentally connected the yellow video out pin to my 12v power supply + (yes sounds stupid I know..) and the gamecube made a whining noise and the led shut off. Now when i plug in my gamecube regulator to my 12v supply the led just blinks and the gamecube doesnt start up :/

You guys have any clue on what may be wrong? Did i fry the board?

Well it's not like it's not doing anything, the led is blinking, i was wondering if anyone knew a fix for this

I'd say it's pretty fried.

haha Dang, well there goes $20 So most likely my regulator, and all the other components besides the main mobo is fine?

All the chips and caps and stuff on the board are fine. The thing that's fried is either the GPU, or the AV chip.
