I just got this new motherboard today and tried it with the ac adaptor and everything seems to be working. However, after I strip the ports of the motherboard it doesn't seem to function anymore. The CPU and GPU power on as those chips heat up, but the power led doesn't work and neither does the video. I am using a rev c motherboard with the original GameCube regulator.
I'm using the original GameCube regulator because the onboard regulator gets no results when I hook up the power.
