Gamecube intro is gone???

Hello.
I'm sorry for all the people who had to go throught my last extremely dumb posts but now I have something rather proper.
When I opened my gamecube I encountered a lot of stuck screws which I had to drill open. When I was done I tested my gc if it would still work and yes it did but I encountered a really wires thing.
The gamecube intro was completely gone. All it did was showing a Picture of the full logo and then it did the menu screen animation. When a game is put in it will instantly start in the game.
Now some people might say that that's good because I don't have to sit throught the intro over and over again but I actually liked it so it would be awesome if there was a way to got it back.
Now there were no other damages I noticed ... in short words everything is fine. Just the intro is missing.

Is there any way of getting it back?

If you post a video it would be easier to understand and see exactly what the problem is.

Will post a video soon.
I can't because I'm currently modding it and I don't think it will work without a power plug :D

That's normal behavior but I've never tried to discern what causes it. It may have to do with whether you have a DVD drive or drive replacement chip connected and how it's connected.

Dude it started as soon as I opened the case by force and I had everything connected. I can't post a vid yet since I had a problem relocating the regulator board but it's not something I can't sort out with enought time. I will have it done later today.

It is normal behavior. If you start up a Gamecube with the disk tray door open, it will show the logo and then go to the menu. It also does this when a wiikey fusion/wasp/wode is connected to the motherboard. The only time it doesn't do this is when there is a disk inserted or when you have a swiss flashed wiikey installed with an auto load compatible SD card inserted. You opening the Gamecube up simply removed the mechanism that regulates the tray open and close switch.
