Ok well I'm kinda selling the portable just without the n64 board.
So what you get:
A complete case with buttons, controller board, analog stick
Batteries with converted charger (UK plug) but easily changed
5" screen with all connections etc
Basically everything but an n64 board so all your have to do is solder the labelled cables inside the case to the n64 board you want to fit and cart relocation, thats it!!
