I'm not sure but I think my gamecube may be fried. I had a wire soldered to the part labeled C172 on the back side of the board which I was using as 1.9v for the NC switch for wiikey fusion but I cut one end of it after I flashed my wiikey with swiss autoboot. I was testing it when I accidentally shorted that wire (1.9v) with the 14.8v coming from my batteries. Once that happened, the wire started burning up and smoking and the cube stopped working after that.
I feel like it might still be alive since the CPU and GPU both get hot when I connect power and its outputting all the correct voltages when I tested the black capacitors (?) on the back of the board (1.9v and 3.3v). However, there is no video or audio and my wiikey fusion doesn't appear to be working either even with being fed 3.3v. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this? Is there any chance at revival?
