Freezing when ripping wii games to USB thumbdrive

I bought a Sandisk Cruzer 32GB usb stick to use with my wii and possibly in a portable/laptop.

When I try to install my games to the usb drive with CFG USB Loader, the installation freezes after about 12 seconds. It does this every time.
Wii Sports installs 5,55% of 0,62GB
Guitar Hero World Tour installs 0,78% of 3,94GB
Sonic Unleashed installs 0,84% of 3,64GB

Have also tried with USB Loader GX and it freezes there aswell.

I have looked in the compapibility lists but didn't find any info about this type of usb stick. Loading games I backed up with another USB stick works fine. I have it formatted in NTFS.
Could it be so that sandisk implemented some sort of protection against this?

Thinking about trying to return it to where I bought it...

Try FAT32.

Tried FAT32, same results. Formated it to wbfs through CFG USB Loader and I was able to rip games . But I was hoping to be able to use it with my computer... :/

Why isnt NTFS/FAT working

You can try with open wiiflow for fat32...
