Yep, it's for your 3.3v line. N64 won't work without it, so make sure you make one. You can get the PTH08000 from TI as a free sample.

For a docking station, just wire it up however you see fit. A "standard" N64p docking station pinout is the dumbest idea ever. LOB 64 has a standard because it has to, but who the Heck is gonna sell an N64p breakaway box on it's own?

Im bush not bud. And thanks for hating. Also, we never said anything about selling boxes, and no one has even seen the pinout. It is geared towards people who have multiple portables, or know someone with another portable, who also like added functionality. It is the definition of "niche." You have had no involvement in the development, so please dont assume that we are trying to make money. We designed the pinout for peoplewho wanted to have the features of lob and av out/player port boxes while keeping things simple. One more thing, dont threadjack this guy. You would have been on topic earlier, but this thread has moved on. Back on topic now

There's no need to be a total dick about this B_M, it's not so much a breakaway box as an all-in-one port. It's a space saving thing so you don't have to make space for all sorts of different ports.

LOB64 actually really sucks for breakout boxes. There is no power for the controllers and only composite video is availible. And yeah, it doesn't really matter how you wire it. It's not like you can buy breakout boxes at your local GameStop.

ok guys.......it saddens me deeply to sa this but im canceling this project until a later date.......i have the worst luck in the history of the universe......first the basement floods totally destroying what little progress i have made.......and then the six year old cousins decided they were going to play spies.........and fried the mobo, destroyed the zenith screen,and chewed off most of the thumbstick......if i restart this project i wont be maiking a thread of it until all the orders arrive in my house and are in a more project safe area......
