Dremel or Multimeter

Hey everyone I want to ask which will be better to get first?

You can cut and file by hand, but you can't guess voltages safely.

If you have money for a dremel, then I doubt adding a multimeter on top will break the bank.

I agree. Skimp on the multimeter and buy a used dremel. A real dremel brand dremel, because some of the cheap ones will launch cutting wheels while you are using them if the threading on the screws isn't perfect.

Better to have inaccurate readings than you know, cutting wheels lodged in your eyes etc.
