Dremel or Multimeter

If you have money for a dremel, then I doubt adding a multimeter on top will break the bank.
 
Check Amazon if you're ordering online. Harbor Freight is best experienced by actually going to one of their stores.
 
I agree. Skimp on the multimeter and buy a used dremel. A real dremel brand dremel, because some of the cheap ones will launch cutting wheels while you are using them if the threading on the screws isn't perfect.

Better to have inaccurate readings than you know, cutting wheels lodged in your eyes etc.

It seems like I can get a good multimeter and deemed because I saw a new deemed 3000 for £27
