Does this screen have a problem with pal gamecubes

Screen I am actually thinking about returning it.
My question is if the screen linked above has a brightness problem with pal gamecubes.

Pal boards need a trim pot between Video and ground.
Try adjusting the pot.

Check the stickies for Kasar's guide. There is a section that mentions the PAL output signal.

Austria but my English is perfect I just didn't understand where to cut exactly while kasars guide is much easier to understand.
