Charging Li-poly with inbuilt PCB?

Hi, I'm planning to build myself a portable console.
I was looking into the battery-question and saw these:

I'm planning to buy 4 pieces. They already have an inbuilt PCB, but do I still need a PCB board like this:

or something similar to recharge the batteries using a smart charger like this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intellige...43180?pt=Battery_Chargers&hash=item4abc531c0c

Or is it possible to just wire, say, a female AC-plug to the batteries where the smartchargers male AC plug, plugs in?

No they have a pcb in them to charge a 3.7v battery with a 3.7v charger. If you use 4 of them you will be at 14.8v. To charge 4 batteries with a 14.8v charger you will need a 14.8v pcb.
