Can anyone help me with my dreamcast

I bought a dreamcast today & it has no yellowing at all but it's an 3030 model & I wanna play indie games,japanese games & a back up of project justice(cus I'd never pay 200+€ on a game)
my Production code is DE973949207 & it's an EU DC so it had no prod. date.

ALL Dreamcasts can play burned discs regardless of the console's Production date. It's just a rumor fueled by bad practice, misinformation and "it's says so on the internet so it must be true."
Burn at a slow speed (1x) and use decent media and you'll be fine. To play Japanese game you'll probably need a boot disc.
