Building a TV, need help.

I had the idea of building a small TV using a PSone screen.
Now I know how to add AV jacks to the TV, thats pretty simple, but what if I wanted to watch actual TV? I don't have cable or anything, but I get a few channels with an antenna.
What kind of circuit board would I have to build to make this work on a PSone screen?

just build one in. I have a portable dvd player that don't read discs anymore that i was going to do just that to a while back.

then it probably would be very expensive and very difficult. Like making a converter board to use laptop screens.

Where can I buy a TV tuner box (composite) that's small and cheap?

check ebay, i guess. radioshack, etc have em, but they aint cheap.

You need a Stand-Alone TV tuner.
Won't cost terribly much, expect to range from $30 - $70 for one.

I was going to do this with an LCD computer monitor for my room, as they're cheap.
