Are there any way of building your own Android/uBuntu tablet?

If - how do I do it?

Something running android/ubuntu>screen
Make it run on batteries.
Give it a touch screen.

If you purchase an Android tablet, you can run Ubuntu on it. A Google search for that should give you several tutorials on how to do so.

This is assuming you just want to run Ubuntu.

What do you mean to build??? U can't find hardware piece in free sell.

It's pretty much cheaper to buy a pre-made tablet for the amount of money and work you'd have to put in to make one half as good as many of the ones that are currently out. It's doable, and maybe if you have plenty of connections it would be cheaper, but for most people it would likely be more expensive and pretty much a waste of time.

But yeah, it's possible.
