Best GBA games?

No Stranger To Love
Aside from remakes, what are the best GBA games?

Games I already don't like:

Golden Sun
Castlevania - Harmony of Dissonance

Games I already like:

Mother 3
Castlevania - Aria of Sorrow
Metroid Fusion
Pokemon Ruby
LoZ: The Minish Cap

So, aside from the games I just posted, what are the best GBA games in your opinion?

You already have it, but Metroid Fusion is indeed amazingly good.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team was the last first party GBA game, and is actually a really good dungeon crawler style game. I beat the whole thing, at least 30-40 hours put in to that game, likely more. Graphics are good for a GBA title, too.

Metroid: Zero Mission probably actually falls under remake, but Dang, I love it. I like Shrek 2 and Shrek2: Beg for Mercy, too. The Lord of the Rings games are pretty good, Third Age probably being my favorite. Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge is fun. Aside from that, I've got a bunch of movie-themed games (James Bond, Narnia, Pirates of the Caribbean), and Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance.

Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland is one of the ones I love. Sure, it's a remake of the original NES Kirby, but who cares? It's fun!

F-Zero is excellent, too.

Rhythm Tengoku (precursor to Rhythm Heaven; in Japan that's called Rhythm Tengoku Gold) I think it's better than the DS sequel
Sonic Advance 1 only
The Super Mario Advance series
The Mother 1 and 2 ports (if you can read Japanese)
Mother 3 (there's a translation patch)

Besides the ones that were already mentioned:

Wario Land 4
Wario Ware
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Megaman Battle Network series
Megaman Zero series
Advance Wars 1/2
Fire Emblem & Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Dragonball Z: Legacy Of Goku 1, 2, & Buu's Fury
Ninja Five-O

and even then there's a lot more I'm missing.

Pokemon FireRed
Metroid Fusion
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
LoZ:The Minish Cap
Fire Emblem
I personally liked the Spryo games, but a lot of people thought they were flax.
Metal Slug Advance

I think the end sequence alone sets it apart from being a remake.

I beat Metroid Fusion in 3 hours or less with 100%. Advance Wars is pretty good, as well as Red Mystery Dungeon, LoZ: Minish Cap, Namco Museum, LoTR games, etc. There are actually a surprisingly large amount of good GBA games, you just have to look.
